Mason

This year our beautiful boy Mason was diagnosed with autism. He is our strong willed, clever and kind little man, who could tell you every fish, shark and whale in the sea.

In 2022 Mason started early invention and accessed speech therapy and occupational therapy. Having access to early intervention has completely changed the way he regulates, communicates and engages in daily activities. We’ve seen first hand the importance of early intervention and how it can change one’s life who needs extra support.

So this October, Michael and I are aiming to run/walk 120kms combined to raise funds for children needing access to early intervention therapies. With greater awareness and access to supports it’s now estimated that every 1:40 are on the autism spectrum. This means services are being stretched more than ever leaving children on lengthy waitlists to access to support services, with your support we can help to change this.

Our goal for Mason is to support him in every way we can to thrive and we hope we can help other neurodiverse children do the same and be their wonderful diverse selves 💛💛💛💛💛
