I’m running 80km to raise funds for children living with autism

This October, I’m joining the Run for Autism in support of our gorgeous firecracker William who has recently been diagnosed with autism.  

Running is something that William and I are both passionate about, that brings him great joy and connection to the community around him. It helps him to regulate his emotions and focus his energy. Whether it’s a race to the car, a run around the oval at school to break his day up, timing him to see how fast he can go, or up and down the hall at home. This little energizer bunny loves to run and I have had to keep up with him. 

Autism is a condition that affects how a person thinks, feels, interacts with others, and experiences their environment. It is a lifelong disability and is often referred to as a ‘hidden disability’. 

Any contribution, large or small, will help us create a more autistic-friendly world that supports children like William and their families.
