Support my Marathon Effort!

For many regional Queensland families, gaining access to therapy and support for their autistic child is like running a marathon uphill with a rock in their shoe.

It can take 18-36 months and thousands of dollars for a child to be seen by professionals and receive an autism diagnosis. Then they might need to wait another 12+ months to access therapies.

Research has consistently shown us that early access to therapies and support has huge benefits for autistic children and their families. The earlier they can access services, the better their long term outcomes.

I've set a goal to run 42km, a marathon, over the month of October to raise $250 to go toward Aspect, an amazing organisation that helps provide autism assessments to children.

I'd love if you could support me by donating a few dollars to a cause close to my heart.
